You can make your accommodation and transport booking request online using this platform. You will receive an automatic confirmation email upon submission.

We will send you a pre-booking confirmation and proforma invoice in the next few days. Your booking will be confirmed once we have received your first 50% payment by bank transfer or credit card.

You will be able to provide us with your travel details by filling out the Travel Information form so that we can organize your airport or train station transfers
(deadline: September 11th).

We will provide you with a rooming list to complete with the names of the participating members of your delegation.
We will need it at least 2 weeks before your arrival.
